Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Active Property and casualty license
- Relevant Insurance agency customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-minded approach with a strong service-first mentality
- Comfortable initiating conversations around coverage needs, including life insurance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to support client retention
- Handling cancellation call notifications
- Conducting renewal reviews with clients
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
- Assisting with potential policy rewrites to better meet client needs
- Asking qualifying questions to identify life insurance needs and generating leads to refer to our Life Insurance Representative
- Supporting general administrative and miscellaneous customer service tasks as needed
