• Handle, control and develop all sales activities defined project and daily business
• Continuous improvement of customer relations and mutual information flow
• Build up confidence and taking care of innovation, technical competence with the aim of receiving orders
Main Responsibilities
• Set up quotations in co-operation with Engineering, Costing, Purchasing and Operations as well as order negotiations
• Implement modification costs/ cost proceeding in current projects and realization in the plants
• Prepare and realize presentations
• Guarantee actual status of piece price lists
• Collaborate within project SDT’s
• Provision and updating of information for:
• Customer organization
• Purchasing strategies
• Technical development
• Customer contacts
• Development and taking care of business contacts to all customer departments
• Collection and analysis of information / data regarding customer satisfaction as well as initiation and follow up of improvement measure
• Active communication regarding potential improvements / innovations regarding products and processes (towards customer; internal)
Education
University graduation in engineering/economics (preferably mechanical engineering)
Work Experience
• Min 5 yrs work experiences
• 2-3 years in Sales or 2-3 years as development engineer, in each case within Automotive Industry
• Commercial/ technical knowledge
• Understanding for production/ quality processes within Automotive Industry
