Must be Flexible in Hours, be able to work Nights and Weekends

The part - time Bartender at the Hilton garden Inn / Harlingen Convention Center in Harlingen, Tx is responsible for the complete set up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. Need to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

Education & Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages, according to local state laws.
• Must be TABC Certified
• Must have bartending experience.

Physical requirements: 

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.

• Indoor and outdoor hotel building, rooms, facilities and structures
