Job Description: Our CASE staff consists of individuals looking for a unique opportunity

to work with children in an after-school environment. Leads are responsible for welcoming,

supervising and fostering a positive experience for students after school. Students are grouped in

four divisions, each supported by dedicated staff throughout the afternoon schedule.

Qualifications (preferred candidates will possess the following qualifications):

� A level of responsibility indicating the ability to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.

� A strong desire to actively engage with children.

� Previous childcare experience as well as experience that reflects effective collaboration

with fellow employees.

� Reflective and committed to a continuous process of self-improvement and lifelong

learning

� Ability to collaborate with others and to creatively solve problems

� Enthusiasm, a positive sense of humor, self-confidence, and effective oral and written

communication skills

Hours: M-F 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Pay rates start at $15/hr and up based on experience

Grade Divisions: 3YO-PK, K-1, 2-3, 4-5, 6-8
