Automotive Sales Business Development Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Business Development Coordinator at DELLA Auto Group will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities for the dealership. This individual will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify potential clients, conduct market research, and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and grow the dealership’s customer base. This is a full-time, individual contributor position within the Auto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential customers and business opportunities

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales and promote customer satisfaction

• Attend industry events, networking functions, and sales meetings to establish and expand the dealership’s presence and customer base

• Utilize CRM software to track and maintain customer interactions and sales progress

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience

• Stay current with industry news and developments to effectively communicate and promote the dealership’s products and services

• Collaborate with other departments within the dealership to ensure seamless and efficient operations

• Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives set by the Sales Manager
