What You Will Do as a Cook
Provide direct supervision to all kitchen staff
Order food, plan menus, and prepare nutritious and balanced meals for individuals served
Maintain a clean and sanitary food preparation environment in compliance with Department of Public Health standards
Ensure effective communication across staff and residents about dietary needs
Maintain ServSafe certification and meet kitchen compliance standards
- This is a temporary position with the following schedule:
Monday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Saturday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
What We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Food preparation experience (required)
Supervisory experience (preferred)
ServSafe certification (required)
Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems (required)
Commitment to client empowerment, human rights, and community integration (required)
PAY: $22/hour
