Job Description
1.設定KPI目標及督導部門各項管理指標達成
2.部門人員訓練發展與考核制定，規劃Trainning課程和督導部屬Lesson learnt分享
3.建立不同貨運承攬業的報價，以確保運費具有競爭力，定期檢視運量，以達到費用最小化
4.處理貨物出險理賠以降低公司損失
5.協調工廠/生管與業務/專案管理等單位確認客人訂單需求變化及確認新客戶導入進度等事項，以確保當月及下個月的出貨
6.執行年度海關盤點以符合保稅業務管理辦法
7.輔導關務相關e化專案
