Join Us to Be an RBT Rockstar!

(Yes… a certified one this time ?)

$27–$33/hr | Flexible Schedules | Cases Near Your Home

Want a job where you actually look forward to your sessions?

At Precious Care ABA, you’re not just clocking hours — you’re helping kids build real, life-changing skills while working in a role that’s active, meaningful, and honestly… pretty fun.

You’ll be working 1:1 with children with autism in their homes, turning everyday moments into opportunities for growth. No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands-on role where every session is different.

And the best part?
You’ll be supported by a team of experienced BCBAs who actually have your back.

 Your Superpowers

  • Work (and yes, sometimes play) one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills
  • Bring treatment plans to life using your RBT skills and training
  • Track progress like a pro — collect data, celebrate wins, and show real impact
  • Work alongside families so skills carry over into everyday life

 What We’re Looking For

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • Someone reliable, patient, and brings good energy to sessions
  • Experience with children (ABA or related) is a big plus
  • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
  • Someone who wants a job that actually feels rewarding at the end of the day

 Why You’ll Love It Here

  • $27–$33/hr based on experience
  • Flexible schedules (after-school hours available)
  • We do our best to keep cases close to your home
  • Supportive team — you’re never on your own
  • Real impact — you’ll see progress happening because of YOU
