Your Superpowers
- Work (and yes, sometimes play) one-on-one with children, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Bring treatment plans to life using your RBT skills and training

- Work alongside families so skills carry over into everyday life
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Someone reliable, patient, and brings good energy to sessions
- Experience with children (ABA or related) is a big plus
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Someone who wants a job that actually feels rewarding at the end of the day
