Job Mission
As Project Manager you lead product development projects from idea to industrialization, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and in line with scope. You act as the heartbeat of our product development efforts in Kungsbacka, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and keeping stakeholders aligned so that we can successfully bring innovative lifting solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from initiation throughindustrialization.
- Plan, budget, and manage projects to secure on-time and on-budget delivery and avoid scopecreep.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes across functions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management on product roadmap development andprioritization.
- Coordinate and align different teams and functions, proactively solvingproblemsand managing conflicts.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and report progress across the project portfolio, ensuring transparency to key stakeholders.
- Act as the go-to person for all project management topics and be the "heartbeat" in product development projects.

Experience and Education
- Several years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within product development, industrial automation, or a related technical field.
- Proventrack recordof leading cross-functional projects from concept throughindustrialization.
- Relevant university degree in engineering, industrial management, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with structured project methodologies and tools.
- Very goodcommunication skills in Englishand Swedish.
