Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our DQIM team, supporting the F-35 Program Sustainment Data Product Integration & Delivery (SDP I&D). As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating efforts within the DQIM team, providing technical knowledge and skills, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data products to support aircraft delivery, operational site standup, and sustainment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support reviews, processing, and pursuit of approval for delivery of F-35 data products.
  • Perform sustainment activities related to EEL, ADBOMs, I2S.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to implement Action Requests (AR) resolutions.
  • Coordinate internal team activities, report status and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support conversion of customer or product requirements into solutions that solve technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Provide support to software, systems, and logistics engineers to achieve data quality and configuration management objectives.
  • Support data modeling/mapping/mining and Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) activities.
  • Manage, support and apply quality assessments of data products and/or supplier data deliverables and requirement submissions.
  • Contribute to and maintain engineering/reengineering/documentation, metrics, data forensics, process improvements, and affordability initiatives.
  • Support regular training to ensure knowledge continuity and communicate changes in processes related to F-35 sustainment data products.
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate sustainment data product tasking within the DQIM team.
  • Provide regular subject matter expertise to management in support of analysis and decision-making processes.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
  • Working knowledge of F35 repair processes and EEL delivery.
  • Reading, interpreting, and writing extensible Markup Language (XML)
  • Use of TeamCenter (PDM/LDM), and LDM Aeroport.
  • First-hand experience using F-35 ATLAS, PAS, and Lightning Trak application to extract and verify logistics data.
  • Experience using Service-Flo/CRM to retrieve, triage, and disposition Action Requests (AR).
  • Experience with Fighter Aircraft Crew Escape Systems.
  • Quality Assurance and Configuration Management related to data or systems integration.
  • Working knowledge of F-35 Sustainment Data Products Integration and Delivery Processes.
  • Development of aircraft/aviation system Bills-of-Material (BOM)/structures.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS procedures delivering IUID into I2S.
  • Executing Process Improvement activities, determining corrective actions, and developing metrics.
  • Prioritizing and coordinating tasks within a team setting.
  • Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) – Including MILSTD 1388-2B.
