We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Analyst to manage and optimise our ISS Tableau data infrastructure. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to expert for user management, data integrity, and dashboard creation—helping our teams and Client stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.


🔧 What You’ll Do



  • Create custom dashboards and reports for senior management and monthly reporting using Tableau Desktop

  • Set up new users, monitor existing users’ activity, and troubleshoot system issues

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ISS and Client users, providing expert-level Tableau consulting and support

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks of data sources, visualisations, and dashboards

  • Train end-users on new reports and dashboards, offering technical support as needed

  • Present and explain data insights to ISS management and Client stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

  • Define, implement, and enforce security policies, manage access control, and set up monitoring systems for secure and efficient operations


🎯 What We’re Looking For



  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent

  • Tableau Accreditation

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar business analyst role

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds

  • Results-focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems, generate solutions, and collaborate for successful outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with high motivation, initiative, and commitment, while managing multiple priorities


Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance


Preferred:



  • Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or similar

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, macros)

  • Experience with corporate accounting systems
