• Ensuring the implementation of our locally adapted Road strategy
• Establishing and adhering to binding standards for successful business operations (e.g., product development, pricing, market and customer segment analysis)
• Building, maintaining, and further developing customer relationships
• Defining, establishing, and maintaining fixed charter services
• Contributing to the road transport activities at our Kufstein branch with technical responsibility
• Supporting the Direct Load / Road Manager in identifying development areas and in recognizing and leveraging potential to increase productivity and improve customer relationships at the Kufstein location
• Ensuring the preparation of reporting packages, conducting business performance reviews, and participating in the corresponding management meetings
