Position Summary

We’re seeking a Productin Team Member to join our production team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you'll assemble components according to work instructions, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly during our weekend AM shift.

Location: Berea, KY
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly operations by following standard work instructions or verbal guidance

  • Use gauges and indicators to check component dimensions and part quality

  • Identify and report product or workmanship defects

  • Change simple parts and fixtures to support product changeovers

  • Record data to support production, quality, and materials tracking

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S principles

  • Comply with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 quality and environmental standards

  • Proactively support continuous improvement efforts

  • Communicate equipment or process issues to support staff or leadership

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or equipment assembly preferred

  • Comfortable working in a team environment with production targets

  • Able to read, understand, and follow written instructions and complete reports

  • Basic math skills required

  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Must be able to frequently bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and stand for long periods

  • Visual acuity (with correction) to read instructions and inspect parts

  • Must pass pre-employment assessments and background checks

None

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently walking and using hands to handle parts or tools

  • Occasional sitting, standing, kneeling, climbing, or reaching

  • Regularly lifting up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Work Environment

  • Plant-based manufacturing setting

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, hat, and steel-toe shoes required in designated areas
