Flour Bluff ISD has openings for Substitute Teachers.  Substitute teaching jobs are available every school day on all campuses - Early Childhood Center (Pk-K), Primary (Gr.1-2), Elementary (Gr. 3-4), Intermediate (Gr. 5-6), Junior High (Gr. 7-8), and High School (Gr.9-12).  

 

 Primary Purpose:

 .Act in lieu of the regular classroom teacher and perform the duties as assigned by the Principal/Supervisor.

 

Qualifications:

.Teaching certification OR Bachelor’s degree OR Minimum High School/GED

.Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior

.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

.Punctuality and dependability

.Flexibility in the job assignment
