Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' health needs and goals.
• Create tailored health plans that incorporate lifestyle changes and wellness strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients through regular check-ins and progress evaluations.
• Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and stress management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and adapt plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Proven experience in health coaching, wellness, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• Relevant certifications in health coaching or wellness preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations.
