Job Description

We are TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS), a professional and technical solutions firm supporting several industries and agencies across the U.S.

 

We are seeking a Project Control Specialist to support our ongoing mission with the Department of Energy in Las Vegas, NV.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Perform project controls support services to the U.S. Department of Energy, Environmental Management (EM)
  • Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Office of Technical Support and Asset Management (OTSAM).
  • The Contractor shall provide for the following services necessary to carry out the duties:
    • Provide general DOE O 413.3B support, to include: developing/reviewing Critical Decision (CD) documentation,
    • Project Execution Plans, Risk Management Plans, Schedules, Project Closeout Reports
    • Lessons Learned Reports, and other project documents;
  • Provide scheduling support, including but not limited to, proficiency with software tools such as:
    • Primavera and Microsoft Project, and the application of various schedule management techniques such as Critical Path analysis, and risk analysis software
  • Provide project support to DOE to assist with project management and EM programmatic oversight including, but not limited to, project peer reviews, budget formulation, environmental liability estimation, site transition planning, Earned Value Management System analysis, and performance

What You Bring:

  • 2-5 years of recent relevant experience
  • High school diploma required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Familiar with project management software, processes and procedures.
