What You’ll Do
As our RN Unit Manager, you will:
Lead daily nursing operations for your assigned unit
Supervise, train, and mentor nurses and CNAs

Qualifications
Active RN license (required)
Minimum of 1 year in a nursing home or long-term care setting
Leadership experience (Charge Nurse or higher preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
Solid understanding of clinical standards and care planning
