Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

As our RN Unit Manager, you will:

  • Lead daily nursing operations for your assigned unit

  • Supervise, train, and mentor nurses and CNAs

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care

  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Active RN license (required)

  • Minimum of 1 year in a nursing home or long-term care setting

  • Leadership experience (Charge Nurse or higher preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills

  • Solid understanding of clinical standards and care planning
