Job Overview:

Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Salesforce Administrator to support business stakeholders by gathering requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions, and supporting day-to-day Salesforce administration. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to Nikkiso’s upcoming large-scale initiatives, with exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds and end-to-end manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Annual Salary: $65,096 to $113,280
  • This is an in-office role. The successful candidate will be required to live within commuting distance of Irvine, CA.


Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and clearly defined non-functional requirements
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to convert business challenges into clear, actionable specifications
  • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentation
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including documentation of test cases and acceptance criteria

Salesforce Solution & Administration

  • Analyze business requirements, assess Salesforce platform capabilities, and recommend efficient solutions leveraging native functionality and automation
  • Assist in designing and improving Salesforce workflows, approval processes, and basic automation
  • Configure Salesforce features including fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards
  • Support user onboarding, access management, and basic security (profiles, permission sets)
  • Provide first-level Salesforce user support and basic troubleshooting

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with system integrators and third-party consultants across implementation and support phases
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for system changes and business processes


Qualifications:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, or hybrid role
  • Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its standard, out-of-the-box CRM functionality
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce’s standard CRM foundation and native capabilities across modules
  • Solid knowledge of business analysis fundamentals (requirements elicitation, documentation, workflow design)
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solution-oriented stakeholder engagement
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce certifications or exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ / ARM, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Salesforce Trailhead Badges
