We're looking for a tech-savvy individual with sharp attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude who's eager to learn and grow.
What You will Do...
In this role, you will manage a high volume of customer interactions through phone, email, and online requests. You'll be responsible for creating new accounts, entering billing information, and setting up services in our system. Additionally, you will schedule new construction installations and closings, complete service orders, and accurately document customer interactions. You'll support both the Customer Service and Sales teams with inquiries and follow-ups, maintain customer accounts, upload contracts, and ensure all records are up to date. Clear communication with customers is essential, as you'll explain services, resolve issues, and problem-solve to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
