Position Summary
GeoSurfaces, a TenCate company, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Gabriel, Louisiana.
This role supports daily warehouse operations by assisting with loading and unloading materials, operating warehouse equipment, pulling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment where responsibilities may vary from day to day.
This is a full-time, on-site position, typically working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse and yard
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment or job site delivery
• Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Perform general warehouse duties both indoors and outdoors as needed
• Assist with maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of company vehicles and equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, equipment operation, and manual material handling.
