Description

As the Director of Revenue Accounting, you’ll be a key contributor to our finance team, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency across all accounting operations. You will manage the company’s revenue system and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies, support organization-wide training on revenue procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Operations.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.

Certification: CPA license preferred 
Skills: Excellent PC skills with spreadsheet and word processing experience; Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms; Advanced Accounting skills; Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Previous experience with Yardi or Property Accounting preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in lead accounting roles; Experience in a senior living facility or healthcare setting is highly desirable

Physical Demands: Sit for extended periods. Occasionally lift between 1-30 pounds. Walk throughout the office as needed. Maintain visual acuity and good hearing.
