Job Description

First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in our Lubbock Operations Center.


 


Responsibilities:




  • Customer inquiries

  • Complete wire transfers

  • Issue EMV Chip Debit Cards

  • Perform debit card maintenance

  • Generate routine department reports

  • Direct customers accordingly in the call center

  • Minor bookkeeping duties

  • Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required
