MaxHealthinTampa is looking to hire afull-time Front Office Representativeto assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and provide excellent customer service overall. Starting Salary $17.00 an hour.

Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English

Normal hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENATIVE

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer software programs including Word, Outlook, and Facility software systems required. EMR/EHR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
