Job Description

Job Specifics:

  • Location: 1970 S Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304

  • FTE Status:
     0.10 FTE, Per Diem 

  • Work Schedule:
     Will be working as needed with coverage for higher clinic needs, PTO requests, FMLA's etc.

Position Specifics:

  • The Emplify Health by Bellin's outpatient occupational therapy team is looking for a Per Diem occupational therapist, with a strong interest in outpatient hand and upper extremity orthopedics, to join their team. 
  • The ideal candidate would have an interest in hand and upper extremity orthopedics, and they would have a background in custom splinting. Certification in Hand Therapy is encouraged, but it is not required. Our team offers various trainings to help develop these skills 
  • Within this position, you would be working alongside two fantastic fellowship trained hand orthopedic surgeons. This position would require assisting with staffing needs across our three outpatient hand therapy sites, which include: Titletown, Bellevue, and Marinette. 
  • If you have an interest in outpatient orthopedics, and you would like to learn from a strong team of outpatienoccupational therapists that includes four Certified Hand Therapists, we would love to hear from you. 

Job Description:

  • Responsible and accountable for independently providing quality professional occupational therapy services to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Occupational Therapy Practice Act, AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics and Ethics Standards, and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. 
  • The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license, and CPR certification required.
  • Certification in Hand Therapy preferred.
