DEFINITION:
Coordinate, manage and oversee all student/school related programs, training and clinical rotations. Develop and implement education for staff and patients as appropriate.
Responsible for the design, management, operation and maintenance of the audiovisual services.
Set up or set up and operate audio and video equipment including microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for educational events and meetings. May also set up and operate associated spotlights and other custom lighting systems. Provide technical assistance to the Computer Educator and the Education Department including printing, installations, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent coursework or technical training preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to organize and coordinate groups of students and manage complex files and spreadsheets.
Ability to operate equipment; projectors, audiovisual equipment, cameras, other equipment used in instruction and patient care.
Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field preferred or equivalent coursework or technical training.
Computer knowledge Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher, Internet skills.
Extensive knowledge of audiovisual equipment such as :projectors, audio systems, video systems, videoconferencing systems, computer video presentation systems and control systems.
Experience in computer graphics, electronic imaging and video production techniques.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience, school attendance record and performance record may be considered.
Certification as Computer or AV Technician.
Audio Visual experience in various systems.
