What You'll Do

Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and personal style
Recommend salon services, treatments, and products tailored to each guest
Pre-book appointments and promote future services to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Stay current with trends, tools, and techniques through ongoing education
Collaborate with teammates to create a positive and inspiring salon environment

What We’re Looking For

Valid cosmetology license (or pending license, if newly graduated)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Passion for continued education and professional growth
Friendly, team-oriented mindset with a professional appearance
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
