What You'll Do:
- Our Morning Manager is managing every shift, providing quality service and hospitality to our guests
- Manage the shift to maximize guest and team member experience
- Oversee various checklists
- Manage register deposits and counts
- Attend leadership meetings
- Oversee food safety and food quality systems
- Work directly with other restaurant leaders to execute strategic initiatives of the organization.
- Answer the phone, take catering orders, and handle guest complaints utilizing the guest recovery process
- Keep Team Members productive and on task
- Ensure all Team Members are following the policies in the Policy Handbook
- Encourage and lead the team to success each and every day
Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences, both inside and through the drive-thru. Previous Chick-fil-A experience is not necessary but a bonus.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management experience preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Possess reliable transportation for regular commute
- Available on Fridays and Saturdays
- Basic English speaking and reading skills are required
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and reading)
- Have excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Be comfortable to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure
- Possess mobility, speed, and multitasking abilities during shifts
- Be a quick learner who can adapt and perform efficiently
- Be proactive and focused throughout the shift
- Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Pass the ServSafe Manager test
Schedule:
- Work a flexible 5-day a week schedule
- Workday is 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous management experience preferred
- Be an excellent communicator
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
- Be able to work in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Must work well under pressure
- Be reliable and responsible
- Access to reliable source of transportation
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Must be available on Friday's and/or Saturday's
