Responsibilities

  • Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
  • Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
  • Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
  • Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members

Must Haves

  • PTA -Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Texas
  • Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Home experience highly preferred
  • Experience with EMR
  • Truly cares for people and will go above and beyond to provide outstanding patient care
