Now Hiring: Day Program Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Carrollton, MO

Pay: $19.00/hour

What You'll Do:




  • Provide direct care and supervision to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities in a day program setting.

  • Support individuals in developing life, social, and vocational skills through structured activities.

  • Assist individuals with personal care needs as required while maintaining dignity and respect.

  • Facilitate group activities, community outings, and skill-building programs.

  • Monitor individuals' safety, health, and well-being throughout the day.

  • Document services, progress, and incidents according to program and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support individualized support plans.

  • Promote independence, inclusion, and positive engagement for all participants.

  • Other duties as needed.
