Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

• Monday through Friday
• 30-40 hours/week. Max of 40 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking confident, organized, and motivated Summer Camp Leads to oversee daily camp operations and support a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. This leadership role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding staff, coordinating activities, and making a meaningful impact on kids’ summer experiences.

Position Duties

• Overseeing daily operations of summer camps
• Coordinating camp activities and schedules
• Supervising and supporting camp counselors and staff
• Ensuring a safe, positive, and well-organized camp environment
• Serving as a strong role model and leader for staff and campers
• Ensure a safe and clean facility and environment
• Provide excellent care and customer service to the public

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 17 years of age
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage camp staff and activities
• Experience planning or supervising children’s programs or camp activities preferred

• First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided if needed)

• Gain valuable leadership and management experience
• Lead a team while creating a memorable summer experience for children
