Qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting and organizing heavy products (up to 50 lbs unassisted).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Customer service experience or roles in sales (i.e., sales rep, account manager) are helpful but not required.
Your Role as a Sales Specialist
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, utilizing your exceptional interpersonal skills to drive sales of our tire and custom wheel products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers via phone to discuss their needs and our offerings.
- Processing orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Building strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals to contribute to the company's success.
