We’re looking for Hourly Managers as part of the Restaurant Management Team to maintain the overall efficiency and technical operations of the restaurant and ensure MOKAS standards of Hospitality, Quality and Cleanliness are met. This position helps control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, and serve as a model of leadership to all Team Members. The Hourly Manager helps maintain proper execution of product, training, and development of team members.

Hourly Manager Select Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teaches and practices MOKAS standards of quality, timeliness, and service
  • Leads by example, is vocal and prepared
  • Organized and develops good time management skills
  • Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism
  • Manages team members on the floor often while working one of the stations
  • Monitors staff and focuses on coaching and refining team member skills
  • Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment

Requirements

  • Must be 18 yrs of age or older
  • Prior restaurant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, days, and weekendss
  • Experience in the following areas is preferred, but not required: financial statements, inventory, scheduling, and guest relations


Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $14.00 per hour - $16.00 per hour per hour + Tips ($2 - $5 extra per hour)
