What We're Looking For:

Our Marketing Contact Center is expanding its EMEA team to drive high-impact results. We are a small friendly international multilingual team that is looking for motivated individuals to help us accelerate our success and provide support to our customers.
We will appreciate friendly, hardworking people who have positive attitude and the ability to stay organized.

In this position you will maintain the engine of our marketing operations by managing customer communications and ensuring data integrity. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented student or graduate looking to start their career in a global technology leader. We are offering full time employee 1 year contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage written communication and clear email backlogs to keep customer responses timely.
  • Support sales and partners by accurately updating lead data and status in the CRM.
  • Ensure all inquiries are followed up to maintain database accuracy and reporting.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS student or recent graduate.
  • Strong English skills (B2/C1).
  • Excellent time management and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
