馃殌 The Role: Account Manager - Orthotics & Prosthetics (Part-Time)
As an Account Manager in the Orthotics & Prosthetics division, you鈥檒l be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining key account relationships, and ensuring accurate documentation to support seamless patient care.

馃攳 What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

馃洜 What You鈥檒l Be Doing

  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through proactive communication and relationship management
  • Travel to assigned Stock & Bill locations weekly to manage on-site inventory and program needs
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure product quality and availability
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Collect, review, and validate prescriptions and medical necessity documentation
  • Work with account contacts to update and correct documentation and patient demographics as needed
  • Monitor order status and documentation accuracy in partnership with internal coordinators
  • Manage the full order process鈥攆rom entry to invoicing
