This role will be performed on-site in Huntsville, AL.

Summit TRC is seeking to add a Program Analyst to our team. This role will be focused on providing support to the Program Management Office of key Summit TRC customers. The right person for this role will be highly organized, communicate proactively, and operate efficiently. If this describes you, please apply.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Program Management Office by managing onboarding and offboarding processes for resources.
  • Submit and track Visitor Authorization Requests, equipment requests, account requests, and badging updates.
  • Organize and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting duties.
  • Support contractual compliance requirements as needed.
  • Submit travel requests for employees, including entering travel plans into the travel system.
  • Obtain proper travel approvals and verify funding availability.
  • Generate expense authorizations and expense reimbursements for employees.
  • Meet on-site visitors and conduct badging and sign-in duties during events.
  • Serve as the point of contact between visitors and Government Program Leads.
  • Coordinate employee morale events.
  • Coordinate the delivery and review of programmatic reports to Project Leads as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, preparation, setup, and breakdown of Government meetings.
  • Assist with planning and executing demonstration events.
  • Provide general leadership support to Government and contractor leadership.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience supporting program management office operations.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ability to submit, track, and coordinate administrative requests, including visitor authorizations, equipment, accounts, and badging.
  • Experience preparing and managing recurring reports and compliance-related documentation.
  • Knowledge of travel request processes, approval workflows, funding verification, and travel systems.
  • Experience generating expense authorizations and reimbursement documentation.
  • Strong customer service and visitor coordination skills.
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between visitors, employees, Government Program Leads, and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative and programmatic tasks.
  • Experience supporting meetings, events, demonstrations, and office coordination activities.
  • Ability to work with Government and contractor leadership in a professional support capacity.
