Director of Information Technology

Now, we’re looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead the infrastructure, networks, and support systems that keep our business—and our partners—running flawlessly.

What You’ll Lead

Infrastructure & Systems

  • Execute the CTO’s infrastructure strategy to support growth and scale
  • Own on‑prem environments: servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise platforms
  • Ensure high availability for ATM telemetry, transaction processing, monitoring tools, and internal applications
  • Drive modernization, capacity planning, and hardware lifecycle management

Network Operations & Security

  • Architect and oversee WAN/LAN, VPN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, wireless, and remote access
  • Deliver secure, resilient connectivity for ATMs, field techs, retail partners, and corporate users
  • Partner with CTO and Security leadership on patching, vulnerability management, and incident response

Helpdesk & End‑User Experience

  • Lead the IT Helpdesk team with a focus on service excellence
  • Define SLAs, escalation paths, and performance metrics
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and identity/access management

Application Support & Operations

  • Support ERP, CRM, ATM/recycler management systems, monitoring tools, and internal platforms
  • Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and vendor coordination
  • Deliver system walk-throughs and training for new or enhanced applications
