We are looking for a Team Lead to join our Trademark Search team within IP Operations in Belgrade.
This is a great opportunity to step into a people‑leadership role where you will lead a talented trademark search team, collaborate closely with peer Team Leads and Managers, and continuously strengthen how we deliver high‑quality trademark services to our customers.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Proficient in English
- 2+ years of working experience in IP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Working experience in a client-facing or service delivery environment
- Previous leadership experience would be a plus
- Experience collaborating with multiple Team Leads and managers, contributing to cross‑functional problem‑solving and supporting the adoption of standardized ways of working across teams.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, leading workflow distribution and ensuring trademark products meet or exceed agreed delivery timelines and quality metrics
- Actively monitor quality outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical efficiency and quality enhancements
- Be responsible for performance management of trademark analysts, including goal setting, mid‑year reviews, annual reviews, and ongoing coaching, in line with Clarivate policies
- Identify training and development needs within the team and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing analysts
- Collaborate closely with peer Team Leads and managers, sharing best practices, proactively raising operational or people‑related challenges, and contributing to continuous improvements across teams
- Partner with the Director, peer Team Leads, and managers in issue resolution and recovery efforts related to trademark search workflows, capacity planning, and supporting tools
- Work closely with cross‑functional and partner teams to ensure aligned delivery of trademark products
About the Team
The Trademark Search team is responsible for conducting trademark monitoring and analysis across specialized databases and additional sources. The team produces high‑quality Trademark Search reports that support Clarivate clients in making informed decisions about trademark protection and potential infringement risks.
Hours of work
- Permanent, full‑time position
- Core engagement hours within the CET time zone
- Hybrid role; expected to work from the Belgrade office 3 days every other week
