As a Crew Member at Roy Rogers Restaurants, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring our guests have memorable dining experiences. We have a variety of hourly positions available, including:




  • Cashier: Provide friendly and efficient service at the cash register, creating positive first impressions for our guests.

  • Cooks: Work behind the scenes to prepare our delicious meals with precision and care.

  • Kitchen Prep and Backline: Play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Drive-Thru: Assist guests with their orders in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.



Requirements:




  • Physical Stamina: You should be comfortable bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods of time.

  • Accessibility: Be able to access all areas of the restaurant, including the dining room, service area, production, and stock areas.

  • Strength: Lift and push objects weighing over 50 pounds when necessary.

  • Communication Skills: A friendly and respectful demeanor towards both co-workers and guests is essential.
