We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects, including retail, cold storage, food & beverage, education, and more. This full-time role is responsible for managing every phase of construction, from budgeting and purchasing to scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects

  • Oversee budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, and cost control

  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure milestones are achieved

  • Deliver projects that meet client expectations and uphold WDS standards

 

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in general contracting

  • Solid understanding of construction trades and processes

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required)

  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
