Mvskoke 4-H Club Coordinator (Adjunct)
Location: College of the Muscogee Nation, Okmulgee, Oklahoma
The Mvskoke 4-H Club Coordinator is responsible for organizing and leading youth activities that promote leadership, cultural knowledge, life skills, and community engagement for Mvskoke youth. The coordinator plans and supervises hands-on learning experiences in areas such as agriculture, STEM, arts, wellness, and Mvskoke language and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular 4-H meetings, workshops, and enrichment activities
- Integrate Mvskoke values, history, and cultural practices into youth programming
- Recruit and engage youth participants and family volunteers
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Coordinate with CMN Extension staff, schools, and community partners
- Maintain attendance records, activity reports, and program materials
- Assist with 4-H events, camps, and community service projects
