Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce AI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on leveraging Salesforce AI tools, automation, and data capabilities to enhance customer experiences, improve business processes, and drive intelligent decision-making.


Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Apex.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications, integrating AI/ML models where appropriate.
  • Build predictive models, recommendation engines, and automation workflows within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
  • Integrate external AI/ML services (e.g., APIs) with Salesforce platforms.
  • Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality for AI model performance.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability of AI solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI advancements, and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI development.
  • Experience with building AI tools
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data management, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks.


Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or CRM Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, R, or other ML-related languages.
  • Knowledge of generative AI and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with Claude, Cursor, etc.
  • Salesforce AI Specialist or Architect certifications.

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. This position does not have bonus potential.
