SUMMARY: Assists with store operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Greets customers upon encounter
- Assists customers as needed in finding items and/or answering questions
- Removes out of date items from display area to include pulling wares and clothing.
- Maintains display areas including special displays, racks, shelves, bins, and other areas displaying items for sale
- Monitors and opens dressing rooms and restrooms, as needed
- Watches for theft
- Accepts donations and/or directs donors to donation area; prepares receipts as necessary
- Hang clothing in production, when needed
- Cleans areas of the store, including restrooms
- Puts merchandise, including wares and clothing, out on the floor
