Position Overview

The Quality Supervisor at ID Logistics is responsible for ensuring products and services meet both customer expectations and company standards. This role focuses on developing and implementing quality policies, monitoring performance, and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. The supervisor will adhere to corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report noncompliance when observed. Additionally, they will promote and enforce company safety rules and standards.

 

Location: This is an on-site role in Country Club Hills, IL

 

Work Schedule: 1st shift – Monday - Friday

 

Competitive Compensation: Attractive annual salary of $78,250 plus a performance-based bonus, with full benefits including PTO, sick time, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit, inspect, and verify product quality to meet company and customer specifications
  • Review and maintain cleaning master schedules, SOPs, and sanitation documentation
  • Conduct weekly inventory of sanitation materials and order supplies as needed
  • Train and oversee cleaning line teams and housekeeping staff on proper procedures and chemical use
  • Perform and document pre-operational and post-cleaning equipment inspections
  • Review shift documentation daily and escalate non-compliance with customer or company standards
  • Accurately maintain and file quality, sanitation, and production records
  • Ensure proper product coding, labeling, donor age, and weight control standards are met.
  • Collect, label, and store microbiological and retain samples per customer requirements.
  • Lead quality shift changeovers and ensure continuity between shifts.
  • Support compliance with food safety, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Promote safety and GMP compliance across all team members
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support quality operations
  • Act as the secondary contact for regulatory, customer, third-party, and CID audits
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the site and corporate quality regarding the site’s quality management system
  • Manage the Document Management System at the site level
  • Serve as the Lead Auditor for the Critical Procedure Audits program
  • Oversee Quality Refresher Training for the site associates
  • Along with GM, drive the implementation of new and revised processes
  • Oversee the Corrective and Preventive Action process
  • Other duties as assigned
