We offer a casual shift position. Base pay range: $43.54–$47.61 DOE.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
- Complete assessments and develop care plans.
- Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
- Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
- Communicate effectively with residents and families.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Minnesota RN license.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- A passion for caring for older adults.
- Ability to lead with compassion and work collaboratively.
