Job Description

Contributing in this role is :

  • Comply with project requirements and applicable standards;
  • Ensure that identification of all customer-supplied products is maintained/protected throughout operations;
  • Keep work area clean and safe;
  • Observe the Company's occupational health and safety rules; Operate an overhead crane to lift, move and place machinery or materials;
  • Unload trucks;
  • Stack merchandise;
  • Safely load, solidify, balance and secure loads in trucks;
  • Any other related task.

What we are looking for

  • Basic knowledge of overhead crane operation;
  • Competence card: overhead crane;
  • Spoken and written languages: French and English (asset);
  • Knowledge of rigging operations and loading methods;
  • Knowledge of best practices for loading materials in compliance with occupational health and safety principles

Schedule

  • Day shift position available – Monday to Friday, as follows:
    Regular schedule of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) or 4 days of 10 hours (Monday to Thursday).
    Several schedules are possible, offering flexibility in start times (between 5:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and end times.
  • Position available on the evening shift – Monday through Thursday, as follows: 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m
