Retail Assistant Manager- Mt. Vernon Ohio

For Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc.

 

Lead with Purpose, Manage with Heart

 

Locations: 11359 Upper Gilchrist Rd. Mt. Vernon Ohio

 

Full-Time 

 

Pay: $14.72 plus potential quarterly sales bonus

 

Store hours: Monday- Saturday- 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

 

Must have open availability

 

 

A successful applicant will...

  • have a working knowledge of retail settings and product display
  • have a proven track record of driving results
  • can work a flexible schedule to ensure the store is covered as needed
  • have superior customer service and enjoy working with the public
  • supervise employees with enthusiasm
  • lead and teach your team how to sort and price donations

 Requirements: 


  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
  • Previous Management experience a must
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
