About The Role

Every exceptional customer moment starts with our people

At TFG London, we believe that it’s our team who bring our house of brands to life. All our colleagues across Hobbs, Phase Eight, Whistles, and Inside Story play a vital role in our success story and that story is only getting more exciting!

Here at Phase Eight, we're looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join the team. You'll be someone who enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking, and who’s comfortable supporting and guiding others to bring a brand vision to life.

What you'll do:

As Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll work closely with the field team to deliver and support the VM strategy across the business. You’ll be hands-on from the start, including:

  • Curating eye-catching collections with product teams that reinforce the brand identity

  • Creating training tools and clear VM communications to support store teams

  • Delivering strong commercial and visually engaging store layouts

  • Developing innovative and consistent creative concepts across stores and concessions

  • Identifying opportunities to improve VM communication documents and tools

  • Collaborating with product teams and using feedback to design floor plans and window/mannequin outfitting through the seasons

  • Creating easy-to-follow, inspiring VM guidelines for store teams

  • Visiting stores regularly to review product, build relationships with Retail and VM field teams, and support model store set-ups

Who you'll be:

You’ll be a Visual Merchandising professional who’s passionate about visual presentation and window styling, and ready for the next step in your career. You’ll bring:

  • Strong experience across visual merchandising, ideally in a similar role

  • Confidence using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

  • Excellent commercial awareness, with strong planning and organisation skills

  • A good understanding of the retail industry, with a genuine interest in trends and fashion VM

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work closely with field, retail and product teams

  • The confidence to shape and communicate VM guidelines, while also being hands-on in stores

What’s in it for you

It's not just what you can do for us. Throughout We will give you the tools and the time to develop your career in the direction you want to go.  Alongside that, we have some great benefits which include:

  • Generous colleague discount up to 70%
  • Up to 28 days holiday entitlement per annum
  • Financial and Wellbeing assistance
  • Enhanced Maternity package
  • Virtual GP service – unlimited access 24/7

If you want to join us and create moments that matter, we’d love to hear from you.
