K12 Coalition 2026 Summer Pathways Internship
The K12 Coalition Summer Pathways Internship offers college juniors, seniors, recent
graduates, and graduate students hands-on experience supporting meaningful work in K–12
education.
We are hiring 7 Operations Interns to support Lavinia Group’s RISE Summer Learning
Program.
- Preferred start date: May 11, 2026
End date: Approximately August 14, 2026
Peak program period: June 2026
We understand academic calendars vary. Interns will begin within a limited May start window to
ensure a cohesive cohort experience. There may be an opportunity to extend beyond mid-
August if schedules allow.
- Location: Remote, available from anywhere within the U.S.
Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $20.00/hour
The Opportunity
Join Lavinia Group’s Operations Team in support of the RISE Summer Learning Program,
which delivers impactful summer learning experiences for K–8 students.
As an Operations Intern, you will support the systems, platforms, and logistics that ensure our
summer programming runs smoothly. You will gain exposure to educational program operations, digital curriculum management, data coordination, customer support systems, and virtual event logistics.
This role reports to the Senior Associate, Operations and collaborates with leaders across the
Lavinia Group team.
What You’ll Do
Digital Curriculum & Platform Support
-Set up and maintain customer accounts
-Upload and organize content in Canvas
Program Operations & Logistics
-Provide customer service support via email, phone, and Zendesk
-Support curriculum and assessment platform management
-Assist with assessment data coordination
Systems & Organization
-Maintain organized systems for program and curricular materials
Professional Development Support
-Support virtual event logistics, including Zoom management and registration tracking
Content & Project Support
-Create and review slide decks and supplemental materials
-Assist senior leaders with key operational projects
-Support additional responsibilities as needed to meet evolving goals
Other Duties
-Support the team with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to help meet
evolving organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
Required
-College junior, senior, recent graduate, or graduate student
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Clear written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
-Comfort navigating platforms such as Zoom and Zendesk
-Interest in K–12 education or educational technology
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred
-GPA of 3.0 or higher
-Prior leadership or work experience
-Experience with Canvas or similar platforms
-Graphic design experience, including Adobe InDesign
