Looking for A and B technicians for growing Nissan dealership
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM software, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced test equipment.
- Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, AWD/4WD systems, advanced electrical and hybrid systems, ADAS calibration, and module programming.
- Interpret service manuals, TSBs, wiring diagrams, and OEM procedures; complete accurate estimates and repair orders.
- Mentor Tech staff, oversee quality control, perform road tests, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
- Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required.
Required skills & qualifications
- ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus.
- 5+ years dealership or equivalent heavy-diagnostic experience.
- Proficient with OEM diagnostic software, module programming, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills.
- Owns a full set of professional tools; valid driver’s license.
- Compensation & structure
- Pay potential: $70,000–$120,000+ annually (dependent on skill level, production/flat-rate, specialty certifications, and performance bonuses).
- Pay types may include flat-rate, hourly + incentive, and shop bonuses.
