Job Description

CUSD 303 is seeking to find a qualified candidate to serve as AA- 12 Month, full-time at St. Charles North HS.

Minimum Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; three years of work experience, associate or bachelor's degree preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive data and information
  • Accounting and/or bookkeeping skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Applications, and relevant workplace databases
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Salary Range for 25-26 SY: $21.24 (step 1) - $22.36 (step 4); Salary Range for 26-27 SY TBD as of 2/18/26.

Job Title: AA Assistant Principal 12 month Wage/Hour Status: SCESP Contract
Reports to: Assistant Principal Pay Grade: SCESP

Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:
● Manage day to day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, facilities
management, and supply procurement
● Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and staff regarding administrative matters
● Proficient in utilizing various media platforms to enhance and support internal/external
building communications
● Coordinate and update schedules, calendars, meetings and events
● Maintain accurate student and staff records ensuring data integrity which may include the
utilization of federal, state, district and school databases, systems and applications
● Working knowledge and application of office equipment
● Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing expenses, invoicing, purchase orders
and maintaining budget records
● Acquire and maintain an understanding of the structure, operation and function of the
school district, building and various departments
● All district employees are expected to maintain a high level of ethical behavior and
confidentiality of information regarding students, personnel, and all job-related matters. In
addition, all staff are expected to serve as a positive role model and work to ensure a safe
building environment.
